Responsibilities of a Call Center Customer Service Representative
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and medical professionals via phone, email, or chat
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Following sets of outlined instructions, processes, and procedures in accordance with department and company policies
- Adapting quickly to changes and modifications in the call center environment

- Working independently with minimal supervision on goal-oriented projects and tasks

Requirements

- 1 year of customer service experience required
