Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Settling customer shipments and preparing monthly claims: You will be responsible for accurately processing customer shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Creating invoices and bills in QuickBooks: You will utilize your accounting knowledge and QuickBooks expertise to create and manage invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
  • Generating and emailing customer settlement reports: You will prepare and distribute reports to customers, ensuring they are informed of their settlement status.
  • Verifying customer logs: You will review and verify customer logs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintaining filing systems electronically and in paper: You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Communicating with customers and operation groups: You will provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks: You will support the team with various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, preparing payroll times, and other office-related assignments.

Requirements

To succeed as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will need:
