Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Accurate Information: You'll be responsible for providing accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of their options and solutions.
  • Handling Inbound Calls: You'll receive in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim, and you'll work with them to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Listening, Solving Problems, and Making Recommendations: You'll listen to customers' concerns, solve problems, answer questions, and make recommendations that will help them avoid future issues.
  • Working in a Single or Multi-Client Environment: You may work in a single client/functional environment or a multi-client/multi-functional environment, depending on the needs of the business.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 1 Year Customer Service Experience: You'll have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • High School Diploma or GED: You'll have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Availability to Work Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm EST: You'll be available to work Monday through Friday, 12pm-9pm EST, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
  • Home Office Environment: You'll need to commit to having a home office environment that is free of distractions or responsibilities outside of the role, during working hours assigned.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you'll work in a virtual environment, with the following working conditions and physical requirements:

  • Prolonged Periods Sitting at a Desk: You'll spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with regular breaks to stretch and move around.
  • Virtual Team Environment: You'll work in a virtual team environment, with team members across the U.S.
  • Internet Requirements: You'll need to have internet services with a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps on the download side and a minimum of 5 Mbps on the upload side.

Training and Onboarding

When you join arenaflex, you'll undergo a comprehensive training and onboarding program, which will include:

  • Virtual Classroom Training: You'll participate in virtual classroom training, which will cover the basics of customer service, arenaflex policies and procedures, and CRM software.
  • On-the-Job Training: You'll receive on-the-job training, which will provide hands-on experience and support as you work with customers and colleagues.
  • Regular Feedback and Coaching: You'll receive regular feedback and coaching from your supervisor and colleagues, to ensure that you have the support and resources you need to succeed in your role.
