Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional live chat support to customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to live chats in a friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable way, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
- Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
* Base salary of $500 per month.
- 5% commission on each sale, with an average commission of $20-$30 per container sold.
- Paid twice per month via Wise or Payoneer.
- Contract provided.
