Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional live chat support to customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.

  • Respond to live chats in a friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable way, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of the shipping container industry or related fields.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • Experience with arenaflex's products or services.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Base salary of $500 per month.

  • 5% commission on each sale, with an average commission of $20-$30 per container sold.
  • Paid twice per month via Wise or Payoneer.
  • Contract provided.
  • Paid Sick Days, Paid Days Off, and Holidays, including Christmas, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, New Years Day, and New Years Eve.
