What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Inputting sales orders daily with a focus on accuracy, ensuring no more than 2 errors per month * Setting up and maintaining standing orders for customers, including holds, releases, and additions * Processing exceptions and handling related tasks such as creating credit memos and filing freight claims * Attending scheduled meetings and maintaining a strong presence in the workplace * Providing excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and safety standards What is Required (Qualifications) To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment * A High School diploma preferred * The ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a record free of serious injuries * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage stress while meeting deadlines * Punctuality in clocking in and out for work and lunch, with minimal errors How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) If you have: * Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor * Demonstrated dedication to tasks and teamwork * A motivation to seek growth opportunities and take on more responsibilities * A self-starter attitude with the ability to perform without outside help You'll be well on your way to standing out as a top candidate for this role.
