Program Overview

Our intensive job training program is designed to equip young adults with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in today's fast-paced business environment. Through a combination of in-classroom instruction, internship opportunities, and personalized coaching and mentorship, participants will gain a solid foundation in professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking skills, and resume building. Some coursework is eligible for college credit, providing a head start on further education.

Key Responsibilities

As an arenaflex customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must:

  • Be 18-29 years old
  • Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
  • Be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
  • Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
  • Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree
