What You'll Do

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Serving as a positive team member working towards a common company goal
• Meeting department standards and expectations for quality and production
• Efficiently leveraging tools and technology to support resolution of issues
• Working with partner departments to resolve customer issues
• Actively participating in and supporting the learning process

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 – 2 years' prior customer service experience using multiple computer systems
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The ability to prioritize tasks, work within timeframes, and meet deadlines, while being self-motivated, detailed, and organized
• The capacity to recognize and maintain confidentiality
• The aptitude to communicate in a professional and pleasant manner
