Your Role as a Remote Customer Service Manager

As a Remote Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, while working closely with our team to develop and implement innovative solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their travel goals.
  • Managing Customer Profiles and Bookings: You'll be responsible for managing customer profiles, bookings, and preferences, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Handling Client Inquiries and Requests: You'll respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs.
  • Managing Payments and Reminders: You'll manage payments and send payment reminders to clients, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinating Travel Arrangements: You'll work closely with clients to create personalized itineraries, arrange travel arrangements, and provide guidance on travel-related matters.
  • Corresponding with Clients: You'll correspond with clients about their preferences, arrange surprises, welcome notes, and notify hotels of preferences before departure.
  • Preparing Client Documents and Travel Tips: You'll prepare client documents and travel tips, advising on what should be printed, and ensuring everything is ready 3 weeks before departure.
  • Assisting with Internal Coordination: You'll assist with internal coordination and distribute necessary information to ensure seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Setting Schedules and Managing Time: You'll set schedules and manage time effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Serving as Backup Travel Support: You'll serve as backup travel support or the main point of contact during emergencies, even outside of normal office hours.
