What to Expect:
As a Phone Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers and their families with inquiries and resolving issues in real-time
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, text messaging, and MyChart in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the Electronic Medical Record and/or customer Relations Management System
- Collaborating with center and support departments to effectively solve customer issues and communicate feedback
- Participating in training programs to enhance knowledge of services and customer service skills
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- A proven track record of maintaining productivity and availability in a remote work environment
How to Stand Out:
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Customer service, call center service, or similar certification
- Experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and electronic medical records (EMR), with experience with Epic EMR being a plus
