The Opportunity

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing excellent customer service by accurately processing submissions sent electronically by our members. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will ensure that data is processed efficiently and accurately, meeting the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities

* Process electronic submissions from members with accuracy and efficiency

• Compare data with source documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with specified requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of personal and sensitive member information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Accurately document and record member information in our systems
• Meet established daily quotas and perform repetitive tasks with precision
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Proficient in PC operations and navigation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry and CRM software

• Data entry experience in a customer-facing role
• Familiarity with arenaflex's wellness program and services

Work From Home Requirements

* Reliable internet service with 10MB upload/download ability in your home

• Quiet and private workspace free of distraction and interruption
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
