Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Data Entry specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Entering customer information into our systems with precision and efficiency, maintaining accurate data records
- Maintaining and updating records as needed, ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Assisting in data collection and organization for various projects, utilizing your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
- Utilizing Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including pivot tables, to analyze and present data insights
- Performing clerical tasks to support the administrative team, ensuring seamless operations

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, with a strong understanding of pivot tables and data analysis
