Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a Customer Success Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing and growing our current customer base, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive customer success. Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or in-person to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and resolve any issues or concerns

  • Create and edit sales orders, quotes, and invoices using our Sage database to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest apparel products and promotional items to provide expert recommendations to customers
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions to their questions and concerns
  • Manage and grow our current customer base of over 100 schools, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve customer success goals
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations
  • Coordinate and manage UPS shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
  • Represent arenaflex at conferences and trade shows, building relationships with customers and promoting our products and services

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales, marketing, or customer service

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to meet customer needs
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Sage, to manage customer interactions and data
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the promotional products or apparel industry

  • Familiarity with UPS shipping processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on customer relationship management
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
