Job Summary

As a Customer Service and Sales Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our insurance products to new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Promote arenaflex insurance products to new and existing customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed advice to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 18 years old

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus, but not required
  • Business professional attire required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Licensed insurance agent or experience in sales and customer service

  • Experience in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to travel for training and business purposes
