Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer (VOC) Transformation and Innovation

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in driving the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about driving business growth through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs

• Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performance statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
• Develop and deliver large-scale statistics and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Power customer story evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Strong collaboration skills with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
• Experience with data visualization tools and statistical analysis software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, R, or Python)
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
