Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Dallas, TX team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and compassionate support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner

  • Identify the type of assistance needed and ascertain the level of assistance required to resolve the inquiry
  • Deliver all information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients
  • Manage customer expectations and actively engage customers in online chat contexts
  • Provide mail support to the Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, dispensing, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned and deemed appropriate per level, including but not limited to:

+ Handling escalations + Team supervision + Analytics and reporting

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Active listening skills

  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the digital mailbox industry or a related field

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
