What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Global Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Researching and partnering with departments to address high-profile issues and ensure proper documentation
  • Collaborating with organizations to establish customer experience history for escalated incidents
  • Providing updates and communications to leadership regarding incident handling and resolutions
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for improving customer resolution processes
  • Offering subject matter expertise and support to team members and external contact centers

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution

  • Analyze and document customer experience history to inform process improvements
  • Communicate complex information to leadership and team members in a clear and concise manner
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support to team members and external contact centers

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of two years of operational/contact center experience
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally at all organizational levels
  • Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of email applications and Microsoft Office products

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field
