Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing information related to product listings, customer accounts, and sales transactions. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that all data is accurate and up to date, contributing to a seamless shopping experience for arenaflex customers. This fully remote position offers a competitive salary of $20 per hour, with part-time working hours of less than 4 hours daily.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter and update product information in the arenaflex database.

  • Process customer orders and ensure timely data entry of sales transactions.
  • Maintain detailed records of all data entered and updated.
  • Collaborate with other departments to verify and validate data accuracy.
  • Conduct periodic audits of data entries to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Provide exceptional support to customers via email and chat regarding data-related inquiries.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and procedures.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
  • Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
