Responsibilities

As a bilingual Spanish/English customer expert, your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, finding innovative ways to address their questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Connecting with Customers: Establish strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Resolving Issues: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
  • Escalating Interactions: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Tracking Call Information: Record all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing Feedback: Offer feedback on call issues to help improve our services.
  • Meeting Sales Objectives: Meet sales objectives as defined.

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English: Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.
  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Typing Speed: You should be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Education: A high school graduate or equivalent is required.
  • Computer Skills: You should be comfortable using desktop computer systems.
  • Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Call Center Experience: A minimum of 6 months of call center experience is preferred.
  • Logical Problem-Solving Skills: You should be able to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • Availability: You must be available to work various shifts.
  • Windows Operating System: You should be able to use Windows operating systems.
  • Organization and Prioritization Skills: You should be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
  • Sales Experience: A minimum of 6 months of sales experience is required.
  • Independence: You should be able to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Composure and Objectivity: You should be able to remain composed and objective in challenging situations.
  • Listening Skills: Strong listening skills are essential.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you'll need:

  • Internet Connection: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
  • ISP Requirements: Your internet service provider (ISP) must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: You'll need to provide proof of your internet speed.
  • Clean and Quiet Workspace: You'll need a clean and quiet workspace to ensure you can focus and be productive.
