Job Summary

As a Part-time Remote Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot problems and provide timely and accurate solutions to customer queries, maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to aid in customer education. You will uphold company standards during every customer interaction, offer personalized recommendations, and brief customers on new or updated information. You will work collaboratively in a remote team environment to meet and exceed goals, documenting and escalating cases according to company policy.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide friendly and efficient customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for every customer interaction.

  • Troubleshoot problems and provide timely and accurate solutions to customer queries, demonstrating a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new and updated information to effectively educate customers.
  • Uphold company standards during every customer interaction, ensuring consistency and quality in every interaction.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and brief customers on new or updated information, enhancing their overall experience with arenaflex.
  • Work collaboratively in a remote team environment to meet and exceed goals, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
  • Document and escalate cases according to company policy, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.

Requirements

* Must be based in the United States and legally eligible to work.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a structured environment for the duration of your shift, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficient in using technology and software for remote communication, with a strong understanding of arenaflex's systems and tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
