Your Career Path

As a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, your career path will be designed to help you grow and develop your skills. You'll have the opportunity to progress to a Phone Closer and eventually become a full-cycle High Ticket Sales Representative. Our comprehensive training programs and mentorship will equip you with the knowledge and expertise needed to succeed in this role.

Your Specific Responsibilities

As a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Qualifying prospects through cold calling, emailing, and messaging
• Successfully converting prospects into long-term business relationships
• Meeting monthly and weekly sales goals
• Providing exceptional customer service and answering customer questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
• Growing customer accounts through low-ticket sales
• Collaborating with the sales team and sharing ideas to improve sales processes
• Implementing effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the sales cycle

• Training: $150-$300 per month
• Monthly income range: $800-$1500 at Beginner Level (1-4 months in the company after training) and $1600-$2500 at Advanced Level (5 months and onward)

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience of at least 6 months in cold calling or similar sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• C1-C2 English proficiency
• A computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer
• Full-time availability
