Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Online Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (under 4 hours per day). As an Online Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our operations team to input data into our system, perform routine clerical and administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
As an Online Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
- Entering data into database software and verifying its accuracy
- Reviewing and verifying data entries to ensure their accuracy and completeness
- Resolving discrepancies in information and checking completed work for errors or duplicate information
- Maintaining and updating workflow records regarding work completed and work pending
- Assisting other administrative staff in filing, xeroxing, typing, and other tasks as necessary
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fast typing skills (touch typing system is strongly preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English (both oral and written) and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work under stress and to deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
While prior experience in a data entry or similar role is preferred, it's not necessary. We're open to training and developing the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with our team.
