Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Officer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: -

Customer Engagement:

Interacting with customers through the online chat platform, responding to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies in a friendly and professional manner. -

Issue Resolution:

Identifying customer issues effectively, providing appropriate solutions or escalating complex queries to the relevant departments to ensure timely resolutions. -

Product Knowledge:

Developing a strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information, guidance, and recommendations to customers. -

Follow-Up:

Maintaining communication with customers to confirm satisfaction with the resolution provided, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business. -

Documentation:

Accurately documenting customer interactions and issue resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure continuity and quality of service. -

Feedback Collection:

Gathering customer feedback during interactions and reporting insights to management to help improve systems, processes, and customer experiences. -

Training Participation:

Engaging in mandatory training sessions to continually enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. -

Team Collaboration:

Working collaboratively with team members and other departments, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to meet team objectives.

Requirements

To be successful as a Chat Support Officer at arenaflex, you will need: -
