Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic work environment where no two days are ever the same. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Operating the register and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
  • Working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
  • Maintaining store appearance and ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve daily goals and drive business results
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Ability to work as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail and customer service experience (preferably in a similar role)
  • Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales associate or cashiering experience
  • Experience working in a similar retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
