The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to join our team in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you'll be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our VOC methodology. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our agile technology team to design, develop, and implement new solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs
- Develop and leverage knowledge of VOC methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform
- Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions
- Provide expert guidance on leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
- Offer recommendations to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
- Power consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and builds automation tools
- Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
- Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
Essential Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
- Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
- Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and services
- Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts
- Certification in data science or related field
