Required Skills: * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. * Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry. * Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure. * Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. * Flexibility to work in a remote environment with a stable internet connection. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
