Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing product complaints: Effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels

- Updating databases: Accurately update databases with pertinent details and product information

Qualifications
We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with:
