Job Responsibilities

As a part-time Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls and chats, providing prompt and courteous assistance to our customers
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries
  • Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including purchasing and activities staff, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Working with various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or answering chats
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous customer support experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and teams
  • Proficiency in writing, with a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

* Strong foundation in customer support, with excellent relational skills, brief and friendly assistance, and a positive attitude

  • Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of technology and digital tools
