Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Remote Customer Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and policies
  • Assisting with frequent flyer account inquiries, including points redemption and status updates

Requirements

Educational Qualifications
