A Day in the Life...

As a Customer Service Representative II at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects and responsibilities, including:

  • Representing arenaflex to external and internal customers, answering product-related questions, tracing lost shipments, interpreting and clarifying customer orders for the shipping department, taking orders or registrations, and when necessary, connecting customers to appropriate support or field staff.
  • Managing web-based ordering or registrations, conferring with management regarding customer credits, returns goods for credit, identifying quality assurance complaints, and writing price differentials on mail orders.
  • Approving allocation of stock in short supply, special price quotations and bids, pricing allowances, deductions, and adjustments.
  • Managing inventories at customer facilities using EDI (electronic data interchange), forecasting, replenishment, and inventory systems, focusing on stock and allocation issues to maximize service levels.

Must-Have Qualifications

* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Familiarity with EDI (electronic data interchange) and inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
