Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Transferring data from paper formats into digital files or database systems with precision and speed
  • Typing in data provided directly from customers with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents, identifying and correcting errors

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position (a plus)
  • Fast typing skills, with knowledge of touch typing systems (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
