Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about flights, bookings, cancellations, and policies.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Booking Assistance: Assist customers with booking, rebooking, and modifying flight itineraries, ensuring that all transactions are completed with the highest level of accuracy.
  • Upselling Services: Promote and upsell additional services such as priority boarding, seat selection, and travel insurance to enhance the customer travel experience.
  • Customer Feedback: Actively listen to customer feedback, document their concerns, and relay relevant information to management for service improvements.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
  • Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with all arenaflex policies, procedures, and service standards in every customer interaction.

Experience

Working Hours
