Job Summary
We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing a high level of service and support to our customers, ensuring effective and efficient coordination between arenaflex and its customers. Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer account management, including order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check, and transportation management in a call center environment.
- Provide customer service for a high volume of inbound calls using ACD (Automated Call Distribution).
- Key in orders, process faxes, and prepare reports.
- Interface with various groups, including internal teams and SSCs, to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to order delivery.
- Respond to customer needs.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
- 2 or more years of call center or customer service experience.
- Focus on customer account management preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or marketing).
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
