Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Concierge at the American Express Centurion Parlor, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing unparalleled support to our valued Card Members. You will be part of a high-performing team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, exceeding expectations, and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and engage Card Members upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
- Provide proactive and creative solutions to address Card Members' needs and concerns, resulting in high satisfaction and loyalty
- Utilize the Client First mindset to address Card Members' requirements and expectations, ensuring a tailored experience
- Offer travel, card, and lifestyle recommendations to enhance Card Members' experiences
- Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet Card Members' needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain relationships with Card Members, understanding their preferences and tailoring experiences to meet their needs
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy in all interactions with Card Members and colleagues
Capabilities and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- A graduate degree and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or customer service industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Card Members and colleagues
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 pounds) for specific tasks
