Job Summary:
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in the development of our web and cloud applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies, including Hadoop, Big Data, Python, SQL, UNIX, and Shell Scripting, and will be responsible for leading small teams of engineers and collaborating with colleagues to drive innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Programming Development:
Contribute to the development of our web and cloud applications, using a range of programming languages and technologies to design, build, and deploy scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
Code Reviews and Testing:
Participate in code reviews and testing, ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Troubleshooting and Debugging:
Troubleshoot and debug critical issues, identifying and resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
Automation and Scaling:
Automate processes and scale applications to meet changing business needs, using tools such as Hadoop, Big Data, and cloud-based services.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead small teams of engineers and collaborate with colleagues to drive innovation and excellence, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field:

3+ years of programming experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in programming, with a strong focus on web and cloud application development.
Strong programming skills:
Proficiency in a range of programming languages, including Python, Java, and SQL, as well as experience with Hadoop, Big Data, and cloud-based services.
Experience with Agile development methodologies:
Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Strong communication and collaboration skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
