Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our team in driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our AppleCare Support organization, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of analysts in driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and customer support teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation

Key Capabilities

* 3+ years of experience in business analytics, with a focus on data-driven decision making

• Proven track record of driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell stories with data
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field

• Master's degree in business administration, data science, or a related field (desired)
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Experience working with Apple's products and services (desired)
