Experienced Data Entry Analyst – Consistency Group

Why You'll Love This Job As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with our HRIS and EC systems, analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for process improvements. Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including fingerprint/personal investigation results and unique mark freedom letters * Develop and maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Power Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services * Process everyday FBI fingerprints into Access database and investigate any data set issues * Plan and analyze HR Consistency data between different documents, working closely with HRIS and EC systems * Conduct high-level examinations, custom reporting, and data normalization for HR Consistency * Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure seamless communication and support * Audit completed Unique mark Applications and check for precision and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse Favored Capabilities and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field * Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) * Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including organizing, creating complex equations, and Vlookup * Experience with Access database management * Ability to decipher large datasets to develop meaningful reports * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills * Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results * Ability to work effectively in a team environment What You'll Get At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
