As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:- Providing excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs
- Demonstrating interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base
- Resolving conflicts, negotiating, and de-escalating customer issues
- Determining customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Maintaining regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
- Being flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays, and events
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- Any graduation degree from a recognized university
