Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex to government and corporate clients

  • Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
  • Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with customers over the phone to research passenger complaints, advise of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that affect customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
  • Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar reservation systems
  • Ability to be resourceful and creative in resolving customer problems
  • High level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability
  • Satisfactory attendance required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Knowledge of the airline industry and its regulations
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
