The Role
As a Live Chat & Social Media Support Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and effective support to our clients' customers via live chat and social media. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that suits your needs. Our clients come from a variety of industries, including e-commerce, finance, and healthcare, so you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and products.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via live chat and social media, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize our proprietary knowledge base to answer common questions and provide solutions to customers
- Collaborate with our team of experts to resolve complex issues and provide additional support when needed
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest features and updates
- Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support solutions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Availability of 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a live chat or social media support role
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
