As a Customer Experience Consultant at arenaflex, you will be the vital link between a customer's at-home and in-store experience, providing a simple and seamless process. You will respond to sales leads and customer inquiries, ensuring customers can buy the vehicle they want in a way that suits them. You will offer support during every step of their car buying journey, leveraging arenaflex's commitment to honesty and transparency to deliver an iconic customer experience.
What You Will Do
As a Customer Experience Consultant, your essential responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's vast inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
- Providing expert guidance throughout the car buying journey, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
- Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
- Mentoring others as your skillset expands, sharing your expertise and knowledge to drive team success
- Achieving sales targets while delivering an iconic customer experience that sets arenaflex apart from the competition
- Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, which may require testing and travel as some states request physical presence to apply for the license

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Experience Consultant at arenaflex, you will need:
- Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, with a high level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
- Excellent listening skills and a strong customer focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn and master new technologies and computer systems
- Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to shifting schedules two times per year according to business needs
- A commitment to living within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
