Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You will work on diverse projects, analyze professional profiles, and propose new alternatives to identify candidates. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and teamwork abilities will be essential in driving our recruitment processes forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates, leveraging your creativity and analytical skills
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area, contributing to our continuous improvement culture
- Manage notices in different job portals with which we work, evaluating candidates who apply to them
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open
Essential Qualifications
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- 1 previous work experience (although not required, it's a plus)
- Advanced English level, with excellent writing and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
