Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Payroll Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payroll data, preparing reports, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering pre and post-sales information, processing payments, and verifying order accuracy using multiple systems
  • Initiating new service order requests, coordinating, and tracking product/service installation processes
  • Supporting and leading ad hoc projects generated by Cox Sales Channels
  • Preparing reports as requested
  • Educating customers on arenaflex products and services
  • Meeting or exceeding critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity
  • Drafting routine client and/or customer correspondence
  • Responding to questions, helping resolve problems, and directing calls to appropriate resources
  • Completing special operational and client projects as assigned
  • Acting as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers
  • Providing order activity updates to Sales Support Manager or Supervisor
  • Coordinating and processing off-line orders coming through G2B, E-commerce, Friends and Family
  • Acting as backup phone support during periods of high call volume or point of contact for customers in the absence of the sales force

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in payroll data entry or a related field
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, including intermediate-level skills
  • Experience with data entry and payroll/commission background a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
