Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Solving customer problems and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Processing orders and payments, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and secure.

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Order processing accuracy: 99% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less

Qualifications:

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process orders and payments.
