Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Home-Based Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Home-Based Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service via phone, email, or chat, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with Apple products and services, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Key Responsibilities

As a Home-Based Customer Service Advisor, you'll be expected to:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • A strong understanding of Apple products and services, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • The ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office setting, with a quiet and distraction-free environment.
  • A high-speed, stable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
