Responsibilities

As a Tele Chat / Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through tele chat and live chat channels. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via tele chat and live chat channels
  • Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate responses
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other team members to improve customer support processes
