Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative/Counter Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with our auto body technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. You'll also maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions, address customer concerns, and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Responsibilities

* Greet customers and assist with inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email, providing accurate information regarding services and pricing.

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the auto body technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions, including but not limited to:

+ Customer contact information + Service requests and repairs + Payment history + Customer feedback and complaints

  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including but not limited to:

+ Data entry + Record-keeping + Reporting

  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote arenaflex services and products, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex policies and procedures.

Requirements

* Previous customer service experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including but not limited to:

+ Microsoft Office Suite + Customer relationship management (CRM) software + Point-of-sale (POS) systems

  • Knowledge of automotive terminology is a plus, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role in the automotive industry.

  • Familiarity with automotive repair processes and procedures.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
