Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online interactions. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service support via various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online interactions

  • Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution to the customer
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport and trust
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures
  • Maintain basic knowledge of arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Offer additional products and services that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in our call tracking database
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively navigate computer systems and software applications
  • Dependable, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Skilled in multi-tasking, with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Tolerance for repetitive work and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Patience and a pleasant, professional tone and manner in all customer contact situations
  • Ability to rotate shifts, as needed, to meet business demands

Preferred Qualifications

* Additional experience or skills may be required based on location and/or program

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
