Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key areas: ### Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure effective integration into the team, including orientation, training, and equipment setup.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement onboarding programs that enhance the employee experience.

### Employee Relations

  • Act as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns from call center employees, providing timely and effective support.
  • Support employee engagement and address workplace issues effectively, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.

### HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance, and benefits information.
  • Process HR paperwork, such as contracts, terminations, and performance evaluations, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

### Training & Development

  • Help organize and coordinate training sessions and development programs for staff, including workshops, webinars, and online courses.
  • Track and report on employee training progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.

### Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports on staffing, turnover, and other key metrics, providing insights for business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement compliance programs that ensure regulatory adherence.

### Support & Coordination

  • Collaborate with HR team members on various HR functions and initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate with call center management to meet staffing and operational needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an HR role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Skills:

+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Technical proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus. + Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and resolve issues proactively.
