Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will work closely with clients to determine their needs and preferences, and assist them in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Work with clients to determine their needs and preferences, and assist them in planning and booking their travel arrangements
  • Complete required certification within a timely manner
  • Complete ongoing trainings with arenaflex and travel partners
  • Plan and promote accommodations and travel scenarios
  • Research and locate the best pricing and options for clients based on their needs
  • Stay organized and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 18 years or older

  • Must be a resident of the United States
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred but not necessary)
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Reliable internet access with a smartphone and/or a computer

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the travel industry

  • Knowledge of travel industry software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
