Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Airport Operations, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, guiding them to their destinations, and assisting them with their ticketing and baggage check-in process
  • Ensuring the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds
  • Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
  • Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless airport operations

Work Environment and Schedule

Our airport operations team works in a fast-paced environment, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule, and you'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority. As a member of our team, you'll be required to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

  • Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
  • Possess basic digital literacy
  • Pass a physical ability test (PAT) – you can prepare for the PAT by watching this video
  • Pass a Customer Service Assessment
